MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio – A woman tried to take a vehicle away from a repossession agent in the Arby’s parking lot Sept. 11.
The vehicle was already up on the tow truck with a wheel strapped down when the woman came from business and asked if she could remove property from it. When she entered it, she tried for about a minute to drive it away, which caused damage to the rear passenger panel.
Responding officers found the Cleveland Heights woman, 44, at the neighboring Dollar General.
