Sport: This is stated by Fredrikstad FK on its website Friday. The club writes that “now the journey continues for the likeable coach”. What this entails is not elaborated in the message.
FFK must therefore immediately go in search of a replacement for Jovic.
“Our ambition is to further develop the direction we have been going for some time now, with a very strong, competent and hard-working team, led by Mikkjal… This means that we will replace the role we are now losing and have started the search for a skilled coach who can contribute to our team”, says sports manager Joacim Heier.
Jovic joined FFK from Drøbak/Frogn in the summer, and he helped secure promotion from the 1st division in the autumn. It is not known what he will do in the future.
“I am very grateful for the time I have been able to spend at a club like FFK. I am privileged to have been able to participate in big moments for both club and city. A big thank you to everyone I’ve been lucky enough to share time with at FFK”, he says.
