There are many high-profile Ap politicians who are natives of the capital, and it is not at all certain that the party will get as many mandates in the electoral district as in 2021.
According to Gunaratnam, the fact that there is competition for places is a good thing.
– It is even more impressive to be able to represent a place for which there is a fight, she tells the newspaper.
Hadia Tajik is among the names that are mentioned in this context. She has declined re-election to the Storting for Rogaland Ap, but has not categorically stated a possible Oslo candidacy.
