Accidents and natural disasters: Agder and Nordland are the counties that have had the most drowning accidents with eight and six people respectively, shows The rescue company’s drowning statistics.
Vestland has had three drowning accidents so far this year, while two people have drowned in Møre and Romsdal and Rogaland respectively. Both Finnmark and Østfold have had one drowning accident.
Twenty of the people who have lost their lives were men, while three were women.
