KUALA LUMPUR, 1 OCT – Mondelez International (Malaysia) today announced the voluntary recall of the Cadbury Dairy Milk Bites Jolly Raisin (50g) product that was released on 3 February.
In a statement today, the snack company informed that the measure was taken because the group of products with an expiry date of 27 April 2025 contained nuts and raisins, and not just raisins.
According to the company, the product in question is only sold in Malaysia and the recall does not affect any other Mondelez International products or any location overseas.
“At Mondelez International, consumer safety and well-being are our top priorities,” according to the statement.
Consumers who own the affected product are encouraged to contact the Mondelez Consumer Relations line 1800-88-1939, from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
“The company offers a full refund or replacement for returned products. Mondelez International remains committed to the safety and well-being of consumers and appreciates your understanding and cooperation during this process,” according to the statement. – Named
