Sport: Borge had a tough Friday round and finished it five strokes over par as a result of five bogeys. She started weakly and was four over par after eight holes.
The Tønsberg woman had gone the opening round on par, and thus she finished on +5 after two rounds. The cut was between two and three shots above par.
Australian Grace Kim has played brilliantly in California and leads the tournament with a full twelve strokes under par. It separates four strokes down to the Swedish runner-up Maja Stark.
