Sport: Substitute Anna Aahjem was the match winner with ten minutes left to play. Aahjem received a nice stick from Marthine Østenstad inside the 16-metre area, and she cheekily flicked it on and into the box behind Rosenborg’s goalkeeper Rugile Rulyte.

Brann’s equalizing goal to make it 1-1 came just four minutes after the break.

RBK’s goalkeeper Rugile Rulyte fouled Amalie Eikeland, and the penalty surely put Marthine Østenstad in the goal in the very best way.

The two Brann goals were Rosenborg’s first goals from behind in the Toppserien this season. The loss was also the team’s first. They came to Bergen after four 1-0 victories in a row. The loss means that last year’s silver team is placed three points behind last year’s winner and undefeated VÃ¥lerenga after six league rounds.

Brann in 5th place and 12 points has four wins and one loss and one game less played than the top four teams in the table.

It was Rosenborg who scored first, and it was not undeserved when the goal came in the 32nd minute. Emilie Nautnes played up Frøya Dorsin in a good position. The 17-year-old was back in the starting line-up and sent a shot from around 15 meters away that went straight up at the opposite angle. It was a real class score by the age-specified national team player.

It was Frøya Dorsin’s second goal in the Toppserien this season. The striker is also the daughter of former Rosenborg player Mikael Dorsin. The Swede is currently the sporting director of Rosenborg’s men’s team in the Eliteserien.

The match at Brann Stadium was the first of the year for Brann’s women’s team. From now on, Brann Stadium will be the team’s permanent home arena.
