Sport: On Sunday, Bayern announced in a statement that Guerreiro is not fit to play in the “coming matches” without specifying how long he will be on the sidelines.
Bayern have two Bundesliga games remaining in addition to Wednesday’s Champions League second leg against Real and a possible final at Wembley.
Guerreiro was replaced with an injury after just 17 minutes of play in Saturday’s 1-3 loss to Stuttgart. The 30-year-old left the arena on crutches.
Bayern drew 2–2 at home in the first match against Real Madrid.
Guerreiro has impressed so far in the Champions League this season.
The Portuguese is probably fighting a battle against the clock to reach this summer’s European football finals. It starts on June 14.
