Policy: On the last day of his visit to China, Blinken says he hopes China and the US can make progress in talks in Beijing on Friday.
– Nothing can replace face-to-face diplomacy, Blinken said at a press conference in the Chinese capital.
Wang, for his part, warned Blinken that “negative factors are building up” between the two countries.
It is expected that the foreign ministers will address a number of issues where the countries disagree.
