Breakdown in the negotiations between Fellesforbundet and NHO Luftfart

It is Fellesforbundet that has broken off the negotiations, they write in one press release.

They indicate that the parties disagree about pension and sick pay.

– The main reason for the breach is, among other things, the other party’s reference to NHO’s principled position on issues of contributory pension and sick pay, says negotiating leader and union secretary Dag-Einar Sivertsen.

The parties will now request assistance from the Ombudsman’s office.

– The joint union will notify all members of the flight agreement of seat termination, and the members will be continuously updated on the situation, says union secretary Sivertsen.

The flight agreement consists of over 2,000 members and includes, among other things, certified flight technicians, inspectors, planners, cabin crew and cleaning personnel.
