In a press release, HYBE revealed: “An audited official presented detailed information as evidence, including the plan to take over management of ADOR and attempts to contact outside investors. The official also admitted to creating documents intended to attack HYBE.”
The evidence obtained during the audit contained indications that Min Hee Jin had ordered ADOR management to investigate ways to “pressure” HYBE to sell his shares in ADOR, HYBE said. “Following this order, detailed discussions took place on how to prematurely terminate the artists’ exclusivity contracts and how to void the CEO’s contract with HYBE,” HYBE explained.
