Reigning champion Molde meets Hødd in the 3rd round of the cup – Bodø/Glimt take on Lillestrøm

Sport: Molde are the reigning Norwegian champions after they beat Bodø/Glimt 1-0 in last year’s final. This year’s edition will be decided on 7 December at the Ullevaal stadium.

Already on 1 May, the next round will be played. These teams meet:

Sogndal – KFUM Oslo, Lysekloster – Kjelsås, Bodø/Glimt – Lillestrøm, Eik Tønsberg/Fredrikstad – Rosenborg, Råde – Hønefoss/Sarpsborg 08, Strømsgodset – Kristiansund, Hødd – Molde, Tromsdalen – Viking, Egersund – HamKam, Sandnes Ulf – Odd, Alta – Stabæk, Arendal – Bryne, Eidsvold Turn – Åsane, Ranheim – Raufoss, Levanger – Brann, Oppsal/Vålerenga – Tromsø.

However, all the matches in the 2nd round have not yet been played. On Thursday, Fredrikstad – Eik Tønsberg, Sarpsborg – Hønefoss and Oppsal – Vålerenga will be played.

There have already been several cup bombs in this year’s tournament. In the first round, the elite league teams Haugesund and Sandefjord went out for Torvastad and Fløy respectively. However, the rest of the elite series teams survived from the 2nd round.
