Crime and justice: The police do not want to go into details about the man’s condition, but operations manager Line Kapskarmo in the Oslo police district tells NTB that he is conscious.
The man was found outdoors at Grønland Square in central Oslo. NTB’s reporter on the scene reports a lot of police officers in the area, as well as police dogs.
– For now, it is too early to say anything about what has happened, but we are starting the investigation, says Kapskarmo.
The police do not yet have control over the perpetrator, but they believe that there is no reason to believe that there is a danger to others in the area.
– The investigation so far does not indicate that it was a random act, writes the Oslo police district X.
