Culture and entertainment: Thus, you can be refused entry even if you have a ticket, writes newspaper.

34-year-old Taylor Swift, who has broken several international sales records with her new album “The Tortured Poets Department”, will hold three concerts at the Friends Arena in Stockholm on 17-19. May.

The Swedes – and also others in the Nordic countries – have gone out of their homes to get tickets.

However, as the tickets are personal, they belong to the person who registered the name at the time of purchase. This can cause problems if it is not this person who turns up for the concert, or if you cannot provide identification.

A woman who bought a ticket for her daughter sent a question to the organizer Stockholm Live if she could change the name on the ticket for her daughter. She was told that “Name changes for your tickets are not possible, the main booker (the person who bought the tickets) must be present at the concert and show valid identification to be admitted to the event.”

The Swedish Consumer Agency has previously criticized personal tickets, as there are significant consequences if one person buys tickets for an entire group. It also means problems for those who cannot turn up, or who have bought a resale ticket.

The Swedish Consumer Agency has received several requests regarding personal tickets to Taylor Swift’s concerts.
