The situation on the Eastern Front has “considerably deteriorated in recent days”, Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrsky said on Saturday, noting an “intensification” of the Russian army’s offensive, which is pushing in particular in direction of Chassiv Yar.
