Crime and justice: – The man was taken care of by health personnel on the spot and has been sent to the hospital. He is described as seriously injured, says incident leader Annika Engebretsen in the Oslo police district to NTB.

A little after 3 o’clock, the police received several calls about shots fired in the area. When they arrived at the scene, they found the injured man inside a restaurant at Grønland square. He was conscious when the police found him.

According to witnesses, the shots probably came from outside and towards the injured man.

The police suspect that the injured man is not a random victim.

– As we see it, it is most likely a relationship between the parties, says Engebretsen, without wanting to go into details.

There must have been several people present, both inside the restaurant and in the surrounding area. The police have started questioning these people.

So far, no one has been arrested, and the police have no concrete suspects on the block either. They also do not rule out that there may have been more perpetrators.

At the scene, the police have seized several objects, but do not want to answer whether a weapon has been found.
