Catskill
DWI: Shana Anise Dahl, 44, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:50 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Dahl was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Hurley
Bail jumping: Crystal A. Morgan, 38, of Clintondale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:56 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, and charged with bail jumping, a felony. Morgan was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.
Lloyd
DWI: Ronald Richard Passerelli, 37, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:25 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, and charged with inappropriate driving while intoxicated. Passerelli was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
DWI: Justin Angelo Whitaker, 24, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:43 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Whitaker was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
