Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Nov. 17, 2023

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Kingston

Weapon/drugs: Ontario Shamore Johnson, 26, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 9:30 pm Thursday, Nov. 9, on Greenkill Avenue and charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a loaded firearm, criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, and the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a weapon. Johnson was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.

Drugs: Alyssa Ann Coons, 43, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:15 am Thursday, Nov. 9, on Linderman Avenue, and charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell) and two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance (narcotic drug). Coons was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.

Drugs: Matthew Adrian Felton, 43, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at Terri’s Deli on Emerson Street at 11:08 am Thursday, Nov. 9, and charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell). Felton was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Drugs: Amber Nicole Pratt, 33, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 9:10 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, on Colonial Drive, and charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic with intent to sell ) and criminal sale of a controlled substance (narcotic drug), and with the misdemeanors of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging) and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales). Pratt was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Assault: Colleen L. Fisher, 21, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 8:34 pm Saturday, Nov. 11, on West Pierpoint Street and charged with felony assault with intent to cause physical injury. Fisher was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Drugs: Randolph Wayne Oates, 62, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 6:34 pm Friday, Nov. 10, at police headquarters, 1 Garraghan Drive, and charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell (two counts), and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance (narcotic drug). Oates was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Possession of a forged instrument: Shavin J. Tomlinson, 26, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on an arrest warrant at 8 pm Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Park and Ride on US Route 9W and was charged with felony criminal possession of a forged instrument. Tomlinson was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Drugs: Patricia Ann Lewis, 34, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 4:34 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, at the Midtown Linear Park on Albany Avenue and charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lewis was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Endangering/criminal mischief: Jerrod Clark Anderson, 39, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on an arrest warrant at 10:21 am Tuesday, Nov. 14, on West Pierpont Street. Anderson was charged with the misdemeanors of criminal mischief (intent to damage property) and acting in an injurious manner to a child under 17, and with the violation of harassment with physical contact and was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Resisting arrest: Kevan O. Vinson, 35, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Sunday, Nov. 12, at 4:28 pm at Hudson Valley Landing Apartments and charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and with the violations of disorderly conduct and open container. Vinson was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Drugs: Ana K. Jacobson, 32, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 3:37 pm Thursday, Nov. 9, on O’Neil Street and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Jacobson was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Drugs/obstructing governmental administration: James T. Stoutenburg, 22, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 1:46 am Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Sunoco at 336 East Chester St. and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and aggravated unlicensed driving. Stoutenburg was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

DWI: GJ Casadone IV, 56, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:20 am Friday, Nov. 17, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Casadone was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

Unlawfully fleeing police officer: Joshua David Apjohn Jr., 19, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:15 pm Thursday, Nov. 16, and charged with unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. David was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

Bail jumping: Andrew C. Grant, 35, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:25 pm Thursday, Nov. 16, and charged with felony bail jumping. Grant was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Red Hook

DWAI-drugs: Ryan Z. Dancyger, 23, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3:06 pm Thursday, Nov. 16, in the town and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Dancyger was released with a ticket for Red Hook Town Court.

Saugerties

Failure to report change of address as a sex offender: Gerald B. Graff, 51, of Saugerties, a registered sex offender, was arrested by Saugerties police at 3:11 pm Tuesday, Nov. 14, and charged with the felony of failure to report change of address as a sex offender and to “make notifications employment and residence changes to law enforcement.” Graff was arrested on Tiger Maple Road. He was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Town of Ulster

Weapon: Jahasson T. Booker, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:33 pm Thursday, Nov. 16, and charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction. Booker was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail. Additional information was not immediately available.

Wawarsing

Obstruction of breathing: Michael D. Vanetten, 43, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:58 pm Thursday, Nov. 16, and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation (block nose/mouth ) and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation (apply pressure). Vanetten was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
